yes, I’ve seen it right after installation and now as well if I really stress my machine.
It’s not unique to Ryzen though as I’m on intel i7 3610QM.
It’s unique to 4R8 I suppose 
I have to say that I really don’t see this until I have more polys than my laptop can handle.
