I’ve had the M3D for a couple of days. I’m having trouble getting the software to load STLs and OBJs from zBrush. All I get is the error message: “There was an error loading the file. Please check to make sure that the file is valid.” I have had 3d prints made from zBrush before and I’m not sure why there is a problem. Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful. Is this a common issue with zBrush? I did a test on a basic box and it gave me the same error. Thanks so much.
