Problems with new Workflow I try to establish

Hi,

I’m trying to establish a new workflow for me to get a highpoly mesh into a low poly version all inside of Zbrush. My goal is to sculpt without any limitations, dynamesh the mesh to make it even and reduce the polycount already, and then finally running the decimation master. All of course with values, so that the basic shape stays the way it is.

It seems to work as I want but the topology I get is beyond awfull. I’m posting 2 screens. The first one is after dynameshing my mesh, its with an even topology and an already reduced polycount. The second screen is the end result. (order might change due to the uploading here, the first is called dynameshed and the second one is called decimated.)

Does anyone know what I do wrong and how to fix this?
