problems saving texture inside z-brush

After modelling with z-spheres, and convert the work to polymesh, i often got problems afther painting the model, and wish to save the texture with “colors to texture”. The model simply disappears, and the texture vindow views nothing at all.
I try this on more simple objects, as example a spheere, and its works fine.
I try different things to fix this but nothing seams to work.
Is there any solutions for this.

Had you disabled UV’s at any point? If so, that deleted them. After enabling UV’s again you need to apply new mapping to the model.
