Problem With UV Check and Mapping...

You can see that UV.jpg is my UVMap, nothing overlaps and all is good. But I bring the obj into Zbrush and do a UVCheck (ZBUV.jpg) you can see that it’s all jacked up. Does anybody have any idea why Zbrush is seeing something that I am not??

Your UVs extend right to the edge of the UV space. If you scale them down a touch then all will be well.

Okay, so if I correct the UV’s and then import at the 1st sub-division level (base meshes are the same at 1st sub-d), all of my normal maps should still work correctly, right?

You’ll need to create new normal maps but yes, should be fine.
