Never had this problem until today. Transpose master doesn’t seem to be combining all the subtools temporarily. Any ideas?

Looks like you used automasking, which doesn’t work with a T-Pose mesh most of the time as it doesn’t mask across geometry breaks.
Yes, Transpose Master doesn’t weld any points so for masking you will sometimes need to use the lasso.
