Problem with Transpose Master

I am using Zbrush 3.12B on Macbook Pro.
While trying out the Transpose Master Plugin, I got the results below. I rotated the head. The cap was an extracted subtool. Is there some tolerance value that I should be tweaking or is this a known issue? Thanks.

If you are referring to the the cap becoming embedded then this is because of differences between the low and high res meshes. With thin and tight-fitting clothing and so on this is often likely to be an issue. It’s not a fault of Transpose Master, simply a factor that you need to be aware of. Some adjustment of the higher subdivision levels after posing will often be necessary.

Makes sense. Same thing can happen to rigged characters when you are using bones to animate the clothes. Thanks.
