Do I believe that when the ReSmart simetry uses in some zones moved the line of the center and now there are zones in which I have the moved simetry, Since I can arrange it?

You can try this–smooth the side you don’t like and make sure none of its polygons are overlapping the center-line of your model. Mask off the side you like, and try smart-resym. Check to see if things are properly symmetrical. If not, Smooth them out and with the move brush, correct the positions a bit so they look symmetrical by eyes. With the good side masked off, try smart-resym again. Sometimes you need to give smart-resym a “hint” about where things go.
