I have one problem when i make a stroke. sometimes, at the end it makes me like a point.
This is an example with Dam Standard.

I don´t know if the problem comes to the wacom, the computer o Zbrush.
First, which version of ZBrush are you using?
4R5. But i´ve tried with 4R6 and the problem persist
Could be wacom driver´s problem? It seems that with the mouse works OK
I would be inclined to think that the issue is with your Wacom tablet. Have you tried reinstalling the drivers?
That´s what i was doing. I´ve tried to draw some strokes and looks fine.
