Can anyone help me solve this problem in Shadowbox ?. I do not know how I can fix that alpha be cropped in a circle. Only happens with Shadowbox.

You need focal shift -100. I know in your screen appears as focal shift -100 but when pressing ctrl it goes to a custom focal shift setting that probably is now 0. Both settings, for normal brush and for mask, are independent and that is the reason why you have different results.
