Problem with normal map ?!

As you can see in the image, after i create the normal map in ZB the seams are clearly visible. This is a problem everywhere, 3dmax, XSi, Unreal editor etc…

How can i fix this ? I cant figure out where the problem comes from ?
I tryed all the combinations of flipping the RGB channels in the creation proces.

As i see it, on some of the UV islands the Normal is baked inverted or something ?

Need some advice, thanks in advance!

To make shure that its not my fault i deleted the UVs from ZB and created new ones with UVmaster … here is the result ?!
