Hello everybody
I have model where I created a normalmap and a displacement map from.
However, both the normalmap and the displacementmap have a problem (see attached image)
The stars and circles should be high… the rest around the stars should be low and flat.
That’s how it’s modeled.
However, in the maps, I get this weird, dark areas… almost looks like ambient occlusion lol
This is of course bad because it affects the normalmap or displacement result in a negative way.
I need something that looks much more like my sculpt: clear stars and circles on a very even plane… without those strange dark areas.
How can I achieve that?
I guess I have some wrong settings in my normalmap and displacementmap process…
