problem with Lazy Snap

I’ve been trying to do a smooth line with lazy mouse but my cursor don’t stop snapping to 0 degree when i’m under 10 degree. I’ve tried putting lazysnap to 0 but it doesn’t change anything. I was wondering if that might be a bug since lazysnap doesn’t seems to do anything.

What is your Lazy Radius set to? Any setting of 2 or greater there will activate the 0 and 45 degree snapping behavior. If you’re seeing a green line appearing at those angles, this is what causes it.
