Problem with GoZ Modo / Unable to open file in Zbrush

Hi,

I’m on win7 using Modo701/Zbrush4r6, everything seems to be working inside Modo, however when clicking on the “GoZ” button I’m getting “Unable to open the file in Zbrush”, tried to manually import the tool, but it’s not the object I exported…seems to be simple cube, not sure what’s going on, don’t think it’s a firewall issue as both Modo and zbrush got the full access/ trusted status.

I have tried to rebuilt the paths and force reinstall of GoZ for Modo and still nothing, any help will be much appreciated!

You say nothing about your workflow so I’m going to start at the bottom.
Are you in item mode when you click goZ?

Hi there,

Many thanks for your reply, yes I was in item mode, however I managed to fix it somehow yesterday, I basically re-installed/activated zBrush and again “forced re-install of GoZ” from the preferences menu, after that all the issues were gone and it works nicely, absolutely no idea what was causing it, but re-installing sure have helped here.
