Problem with generating displacement

Hi all.
This is my first post, I started using Zbrush some weeks ago, so I’m a newbie.
I’m currently working on a animation in Max, and I wanted to import some models from zbrush.
I can’t seem to get the displacement map generated correctly.
I followed some video tutorials I found here in the tutorial section. But it just does not work for me. Here is how my displacement turn out…

Totaly wrapped…
Here is my settings before I hit the “Create dispmap” button.

Once I hit create button, zbrush starts working heavy, for 10 min or so, before that wicked dispmap is complete. What is it I don’t know, am I supposed to do something more before I hit that “create dispmap”?
I’m hoping someone can help me out.

And for those interested, here is the head so far, at divide 7.
head

I’ve found out how to correct this myself now.

So for the mods, just feel free to delete this thread if you want to.

Fine you correct your self the item¡
What was wrong?

I was so naive that I thought zbrush would automaticly remap a imported object for me (the lowpoly was originaly imported from Max).
So I had overlooked that “guv tiles” button.
Once I had pressed it, everything turned out fine, and zbrush generated the dispmap real fast (not 10min as before).

I now have a little problem in Max when rendering the dispmap though. The head looks perfect, except the right ear.
Something is totaly wrong with that ear…
Strange since everything else is nice, I’ll post a pic later if I do not figure it out, maybe someone here know.
