Problem with ClipRect

Why when i try cut this model zbrush make border. How i can cut this model without this border?

Clip brushes don’t cut, they compress. What you can do is use the ‘SliceCurve’ brush with the ‘Curve’ stroke. Turn on polyframe (Shift+F) so you can see what the brush is doing. Slice the mesh where you want. Your mesh will now be 2 polygroups. Click on ‘Groups Split’ in the Subtool palette to split the polygroups into 2 subtools. Select each subtool and click ‘Close Holes’ in the Geometry palette (if you want the holes closed).
