Problem with clipping brushes

Today I’ve tried the clipping brushes and I found out some problems…I don’t know if they are real problems or the brushes are made to work this way…
These are some pic. of the problems…

Is there a way to solve this problem, I mean without smooting all and redefine the edges? Maybe some settings…don’t know…Tell me please!!!

As for the first two, what you have done is cut a little too deep into the surface. If you look at the clip circle, there is a small “+” sign in the center. This must remain above the surface you are clipping, or that is the result.

The third example, looks like you have simply stressed the polygons to their limit. In addition, any action that pushes polys to parallel with the camera, will cause artifacts. Smooth/Polish is your friend here, or, if you have r2, Dynamesh will straighten things out for you.
