I have a problem with BPR rendering: when I do a BPR on a model, I noticed that the shaded layer of BPR render pass is aliased (on the borders of the model) unlike the other passes (shadow, mask,depth,…) and the render composition in ZBrush.
this is a serious problem because when I export render passes to PS the resulting image is aliased …
could you help me?

That’s deliberate. Anti-aliasing mixes the colors of adjacent pixels so for the Shaded layer the edge of your model would contain some of the background color. All you need to do is use the Mask layer so that you can drop in a background of your choice.
