Problem retaining document size

Greetings,

As far as I can see, the maximum canvas size in ZB4 is 8192x8192 pix. In ZB, I set my doc size to 5423x8192 pix, with the intention of exporting my ZB illustration as a .psd file, doing some additional work in PS CS5, then upsampling the image slightly (to 5875x8875 pix), and exporting a .png file (my printer’s preferred format). However, whether I save the illustration as a .zbr or a .psd, when I open the file, the image size is 1518x942. Same if I export as a .bmp or .tif. ZB4 won’t save the file at the 5423x8192 set in the document. Is there a way to do this?

You have to click ‘Resize’ button after you change document size.

Thanks very much. I always think of “resize” as something you do to an existing document. In this case, I was experimenting with setting up a document (i.e., setting the initial document parameters) and saving it. So, it never occurred to me. It should have. Thanks, again.
