Hello everybody. first at all i em getting an error when starting zmapper that says “NO GL_EXT_TEXTURE_ENV_DOT3 support”! does that has anything to do with my hardware? i am using lenovo with 1.6 centrino dual core with 2 gb ram. i know is week but everything else is kind of working fine. i also have to ask after i spend sime time to serch in the forum how do i export different colors if i just paint my model here in z brush so i can render it in max? in many of the treads it says that this is imposible. in some says that is posible true this z mapper is that corect?i am just asking for the colors, just create noormal map and export them together with the .obj of the model? and if not possible to export all of this colors that i will paint on my moddel how and where do i take it for rendering? thank you very much this z brush does not let me rest for the lat week great tool.thanks
ZMapper is just for creating normal maps. Your system won’t run it, though. ZMapper requires OpenGL, and your GPU apparently doesn’t support that. However, you can still create normal maps without ZMapper. You can also create texture maps from PolyPaint, so you can export diffuse maps. The instructions for all of this can be found in the online documentation. See my signature.
