what program are you using for UVS?
if its maya that should help
whatever program your using
- always turn off group making
- see if the program has a Keep vertex order on the import or export
- If its a stack modifier type program (collapse your stack before export)
stack modifier programs are the worst to do UVs in
First choice
Blender its free and fast at UVS without the vertex order problems or scale issues.
i not using maya i use Max
but ow i try maya to can get rid of this problem
but still have it . when i export the object from maya can’t save it as .obj
cause i couldn’t find this extension through the saving window
