Been trying all day to download the 4R3 Upgrader. Either I get a message (“0% of ZZBrush_4R3_Upgrader_WIN.zip downloaded”) or I get a sliver of a partial download. I’ve never had a problem with the ZB servers being overtaxed. Is that the case now? Are others having this problem?
Same thing for me, i have a 403 error on IE, on firefox i get this :

Couldn’t get anything other than a partial download with IE9 or Firefox 10 (including a fresh install of Firefox, using default settings). Frustrating because I had no problem downloading any other files (programs, drivers, etc.). Finally, I installed Google Chrome and successfully downloaded the ZB 4r3 upgrade file.
Are you downloading directly from the Instructions page or are you trying to use something like a download accelerator? The download server will only accept requests coming directly from the Instructions page. Even copying the link and pasting it someplace else will break it.
Directly from the Instructions page. Nothing fancy. Had no problem with 4R2b. Have no problem with any other types of downloads. Like I said, Chrome did download the file complete.
