hello everyone,
I’m running into a problem with image planes
and I can’t figure it out where my mistake is.
here’s the steps I went so far:
first I created another Flat Material and saved it in, Zstartup, Materials as myName_Flat and restarted ZBrush, then
• Select a plane from you tool palette and convert if to a Polymesh3d Item. Clone the Polymesh3d plane.
• Select the cloned Polymesh3d plane and draw it on the canvas and go into edit mode. Open the Deformation Palette. Rotate, in Y 90 degrees. Go to Display Properties and select Double sided on.
• Select the first Polymesh3d plane, This will make it the active subtool on the canvas in edit mode. I also want to go to Display Properties and select Double sided on. Open up the Sub Tool menu and Append in the cloned Polymesh3d as a Sub Tool of the first.
• Select it and rename both planes, The first as Front and the second as Side.
• Change the Material on the planes to the Flat Color I created. Navigate to the Color menu and click on FillObject for both the Front and Side planes.
• and when I try to Load my model sheet into the Texture Palette. Texture, Import navigate to my images and load first the Front and then the Side nothing happens.
Am I missing something? Where did I go wrong?
Thx in advance
