Using ZB 3.5 rc3 in Windows 7:
I’ve attached a file that shows a cylinder dropped to the canvas. I drew a 3d sphere, and I moved it with the gyro so that the sphere stroke would align itself with the surface of the cylinder. I then used ZCut to bore a hole with the sphere into the surface of the cylinder. Sometimes, when I’ve done this exercise, I get a smooth hole. At other times, I get what you see in the image: a hole with a surface that looks like peeling paint. Neither the size of the sphere nor the intensity setting for ZCut has any bearing. The sphere glides along the surface of the cylinder, so I can’t see that its position is incorrect. Does anyone know what causes this?
Many thanks,
DocPit
