“Pragya” - The Sanskrit origin name means ‘wisdom or intelligence’. Pragya is mentioned in all the major Hindu religious texts. In Riga Veda, Pragya means ‘understanding, to know, discern and distinguish’. In Mahabharata and Kavya literature, Pragya means ‘to show, point out, to find out, discover, learn and perceive’. In Shatpath-Brahman, Pragya has meanings ‘wisdom, intelligence, knowledge, discrimination and judgement’.
