Poser / ZBrush 3 Morph Target Problem

Hello All,
I’ve created a head morph in Zbrush 3 and exported it out as an .obj but when I load the head into Poser 7 as a morph target the Y axis is screwed up.
What happens is that when I apply the morphing dial the head features change (as I want them to), but the head also rises in the Y axis. This causes the polygons connected to the neck to stretch upwards.
I would really appreciate help from anyone how knows how to fix this. I am using the Victoria 4.1 mesh if that helps.

Thanks in advance.

I know I’m a little late on the bump here but I’m having the exact same problem six ways to tuesday. Every way I try to get the morphs in from simply poser export to zbrush back to poser and following the poser to zbrush back to poser prop, I have the same problem.

I load the morph targets and they work perfectly, the only problem is they either push the head plus or minus Z a bit (depends on the model), it’s not a lot but it’s enough to bust the mesh up good which is unacceptable. There anything anyone knows on this?

Thanks a million

Same exact thing happens to me. Anyone know? I’ve tried just poser to zbrush to poser and the poser to zbrush to poser to spawn props, same exact thing happens either way. P7 and Z3

Have the same problem, i have pretty much tried every single export/import option possible in poser and Zbrush but it doesnt seem to help.

If you are not already using it then you may find my
Poser Scaler plugin helps with working with Poser and ZBrush.

I’m not a Poser user but I’ve read that Victoria 4 does have issues. DarkEdge has produced some tutorial videos for working with ZBrush and Poser which you may find useful:
