Portrait from a Friend of mine

The project started with the goal of creating a portrait as realistic as possible.
As a template I have chosen a friend and also made reference photos of her.

sculpted with Zbrush and moved again and again to Maya and compared over sides and front view of the photos whether it fits.

As texture act only a color map and a normal map. The texture was painted by hand in Susptance Painter, no photos were used.

The hair was then created in maya with Xgen interactive groom. Maybe not the best way, but at least I learned.
Rendered the whole thing with the Redshift Renderer, which I bought especially for this project then.
The lighting is mainly an HDRI and an area light. The whole project took a few evenings. I think I worked on it again and again in the evenings for a month.
