Poor resolution texture after SPOTLIGT

Hi, when i polypainting with SPTOLIGTH and i try return my retouches to my texture map, the resolution of the texture is very poor, the model is 5 SUBDIV, and 3 SUB in HD, when i paint in spotligth i use the letter A to paint in HD secction, but when i pick in (TEXTURE/NEW FROM POLYPAINT) there is not the same resolution as original, look de photos

Any ideas?

is it possible that your UV map resolution is too small? maybe 4096x4096 texture res?

Thanks for reply, but the two texctures are 4096x4096 the original and the NEW FROM POLYPAINT

According to this, Spotlight is based on Poly Paint Technology so upper SubDiv Level might help.
