Polypaint to texture problem

Hello there.

I’m using ZBrush 4R5, and after a quick polypainting to plan out my retopo work for Maya I’m having issues when I convert the polypaint to a texture map.(Polypaint_1)

However, after opening the UVs using UV Master and clicking “New From Polypaint”(texture size is 2048x2048) I’m get weird results.(Polypaint_2)

I filled the object with white color again and did a quick paint for a quick test(Polypaint_3) and after clicking the New From Polypaint again I’m still facing problems(Polypaint_4).

Any ideas on the issue?

what do your UVs look like?

UV_1 shows my UVs straight out of UV Master. UV_2 shows what it looks like after clicking “New from Polypaint”(Messed up).

Oddly, I made a quick test with the file just before planning the topology and worked perfectly, even in Maya(UV_3). So I guess at some point I did something that messed up my file. =/
