Polypaint to Texture artifact woes

Finished painting and went to transfer my polypainting to a texture and Zbrush came up with this. I checked the model over, there are no weird, stray polygons or points. Nothing peculiar on the UV map. What am I doing wrong?

Scale the UVs in slightly to see if it makes a difference. Some of the UVs look like they are touching the border edges of the 0:1 space, which can cause zbrush to wrap the coordinate around like that.
