Polypaint-texture problem

Hello,

I have a problem when I try to create a texture map from the polypaint. At edges of the model the polypaint looks fine, but when the texture map is created i get these distortions (see pics). Is there a way to fix this?

Also I was wondering how high I can set the polycount. Does zbrush detect this automatically for my computer or is it just set at a default value?
