Polypaint problem

Hello!

I have problem with polypaint extraction from high poly model.
I followed steps to extract poly paint from model (from high poly model without UVs) with importing same low poly model with UVs added, but when i do that, somehow color from high poly model isnt transfered correctly to new model, and its like its messed up.

Hm noone answered question so i am bumping topic.

So here is my workflow i use:
I make basic Zsphere model, sculpt it in Zbrush then export it in 3d coat and make retopology. Then i Unwrap that retopologised model. After that i start painting on sculpted model from Zbrush and when i am done i do all the steps to switch morph targets with importing new retopologised model.

However then texture on model gets really wierd and Uvs are like totaly different layed out. WHat is the problem?
