Polypaint not apearing when working on different computer

As the title says when I load a tool with polypaint information on a different computer than the one it was original painted in the polypaint information doesn’t show up for some reason. Instead there is depth information as if I sculpted those areas instead of polypainting it. However this is only occuring on 1 subtool and not the others on my character like the eyes and teeth. This happens no matter what computer I load the ztool on but works just fine on the original computer.

Any help would be appreciated. I would really prefer to do my comping at home but its a little hard to take renders out of zbrush when my color information doesn’t show up.

Try changing the material. It sounds as though the Bump Viewer material is selected, or the subtool has been filled with that material.

That’s not it. Even when I change to a different matcap and get everything set up for polypainting again on the new computer it doesn’t place any new color down and sculpts the mesh according to my zintesity settings.

Unless you mean something else besides a matcap when you’re referring to the bump viewer material.
