Polygroups Question

Hello everybody !

I have a little problem with Polygroups, I’m explaining myself.
I’ve done a shield in ZBrush 4r7 and I made a polygroup from masked polygons using an Alpha Map.
Zbrush has the shape realy good followed but as you can see the polygroup has not.
The only way I could find is to poly by poly, switch the polygroup with ZModeler.

Anybody has an Idea or a solution ?
I would really appreciate your help :slight_smile:

You could try hiding all but one polygroup and using Tool>Visibility>Grow. That might reduce the amount of clean up.

What did you use to create the polygroups? I think Edgeloop Masked Border in the Geometry sub-palette should give good results.

Something worth trying is to run the Smooth Groups brush (at low intensity) over the borders. That brush is in Lightbox>Brushes>Smooth folder.
