Polygroups in HD Geometry-Problem (answered)

Polygroups in HD Geometry-Problem <hr style=“color: rgb(63, 63, 63);” size=“1”> <!-- / icon and title --> <!-- message --> Hi,
I want to sculpt my next model in HD Geomtry.
So I made may basemesh with 600k polys and then devided it in HD.

The basemesh first has one single polygroup.
Now in HD Mode I masked the nose are, sculted this are a bit and hit [Polygroupes—>Group by Masking]

So the nose are has its own group.

Now the Problem:

When i leave HD Mode, there is no polygroup in the nose area and when i enter HD Mode again there polygroup in the nose area is erased.

U see it in picture 1-3

Why?

I mean with a polycount of 600k, i cant do the polygroups in normalmode…they are to rude.

So what I did wrong?

Polygropus are only stored/saved for the lowest subdiv level. Assigning polygrops to higher level is temporary and will not retain information that can not be stored in the lowest subdiv.
