Polygroups from Uvs bleed?

Hi all, first question here :slight_smile:
I import my mesh from max and use Auto Groups from Uv to create polygroups. It work fine, but as soon as I subdivide the mesh, the polygroups “bleeds”. It is noticable because I have sharp edges and after a few subdivision it is unusable because it does not define the area I wanted anymore.
Any tips or help to solve this?

Here is the mesh imported and I used autogroup from Uvs in the polygroup menu. All fine.
