I have a Ring3D that I have split into two different polygroups to keep things divided. I then try to create a new polygroup using the polyloop polygroup action on one section to later do a qmesh on. The problem I am getting is that it seems to be assigning two different polygroups which of course causes problems when qmeshing. I don’t want that. I have tried assigning all to the same polygroup but it doesnt seem to want to behave. I am following along a tut and the guy giving it has a bad habit of doing things without saying anything so chances are I may have missed a step. Can anyone help me with this? I can screencapture of needed.
Figured out my issue, turns out using symmetry when adding initial polyloop to divide the two sections was causing the issue.
