Hello, I am trying out Zbrush and trying my hand in sculpting for the first time. I have watched some tutorials and have done a lot of trial and error. I am now starting to paint the head sculpt and I was painting just fine between the sub objects and when I got back to the head I could only paint in the red areas of the image below. Not only paint but also sculpting, if I wanted to change the form it will only sculpt in that area. I have tried deleting masks, deleting uvs, applying new uvs but I have no idea what is going on. If anyone has a fix for this please let me know, thanks!

sounds like you have a mask on.
