program starts ok then my pointer jumps all over the page not able to control it
Are you using a mouse or a tablet? If a tablet, have you ensured that the most current drivers are installed? Have you tried adjusting its settings?
Which version of ZBrush is this? Is it a fresh installation or have you added plugins?
