please help with this zbrush error has been encountered while trying to load the file

hi there i have a question:
i made a vest in zbrush but i save it to 2 projects one have less
completition and the secon is almost completed the one who is less
completed have 2 gb the second 4 gb why when i opne the 4gb project its
says : zbrush error has been encountered while trying to load a file
but whe i open the 2 gb file its works i have quad core procesor 5 gb
ram

i think maybe ist in that the project cannot load project because i have
only 5 gb ram and when project has 4 gb windos must reserve 1 gb then he
cannot load project because out of memory or
in zbrush you can make a models with less than 4 gb please help thx

I think that file is damaged. Did you saved the tool or the project? They take 2 and 4 gigs of hdd space - it’s what you mean?
It’s not the memory problem - I got only 4 gigs, 2 cores and 64 bit windows 7 so not much for ZBrush there.

When I make somehting bigger I try to save the work in different files as I progress, like sculpt1_01, sculpt1_02 etc…
This way even if Z crashes I lose not much of the work.
