I made base with zsphere and export into maya,and after made change when sub dividing in zbrush i got this type smoothing on uv groups,i want to make it a one group mesh.please help me,tried a lot and tired.please…please anyone

This is probably due to some unmerged vertices.
Thats all i can think of.

when you export to Maya zsphere made with a base, the base will mesh with the parties separated, you must combine the vertices of each part separately and then return to zbrush separating the groups down menu of each party.

I’m not a Maya person but I think…

  1. Use ‘Group Visible’ to remove all groups before you export to Maya.

OR

  1. Try turning on ‘Weld’ (to some low value) in the ‘Import’ menu to keep
    the re-imported groups together.

but is it possible to preserve the polygroup and make changes in maya?

I think the second method will allow you to preserve the groups.
Don’t use ‘Group Visible’ but export all the groups as usual, then set
‘Weld’ under the Import menu to a small (non-zero) value before
importing back into ZBrush.
