Please help!!! I'm drowning in Zbrush, but I haven't yet learned to swim! :)

You guys, this is my first step into the digital world, and I have absolutely NO CLUE what I am doing! :smiley: I am truly FRESH MEAT, and I do not even know the Zbrush language, so forgive me if some of your advice initially goes over my head, and I ask silly questions! This is some of my traditional work, below. Acrylic & ink stuff. How does one go about pulling up one of these images into the Zbrush program and then starting to rework it? Any beginner tips? Which image would you guys like to see me play with first?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated, and I am really excited to get to know you guys and take my craft to the next level!

Go to Document and size it to the size of your art work and then click on create the document
Then Go to Texture palette and click on import the art work and Texture palette again and click fill Doc button
Then adjust the simple brush depth and turn off zadd and zsub and turn on rgb and start painting
That is for 2.5d painting of art work

EDIT: you can also bring the canvas into paintstop and paint on it

…why isn’t there a way to “watch” that person, like on DeviantArt? Or is there a way to “favourite” an artist here? This dude, morrisCowboy, is totally badass, and I don’t want to forget about him. He’s incredible!
