Please Help! I can't Edit Sphere3D!

I’ve click the MakePolyMesh3D button But I Still can’t!! Edit it

After clicking the MakePolymesh3D button, make sure that the selected tool’s name starts with “PM3D_”. If the Sphere3D is still the selected object in the Tool palette then you need to switch to the PM3D_Sphere3D tool instead.

Also, make sure you’re in Edit mode. (The Edit switch should be active on the top Shelf above the canvas.)

Which version of ZBrush are you using? If it’s ZBrush 4 then all you should have to do is the following:

  1. Draw the Sphere3D on the canvas.
  2. Press T to enter Edit mode.
  3. Press the MakePolyMesh3D button.

That’s it. The Sphere3D should automatically be replaced with the PM3D_Sphere3D tool and you’ll still be in Edit mode.
