Hi guys,
I need to know what platform would be best to choose for running Zbrush.
I have both high end Macs and PC’s. All graphics I do on Macs running the latest OS.
I also need to know if and when Zbrush is going to support Collada.

It really comes down to personal preference. I use ZBrush 3.2 on Mac Octocore Tower with 12 mb of ram and it runs quite well with the odd crash (about 2 times a week).
Sorry I cannot answer the Collada question.
