Can someone please help me with this. i am trying to make a plaid shirt. i have a plaid texture i downloaded from the internet and i polypainted it on a shirt using the drag brush but once the picture gets to the parts of the shirt that wrap around, the texture stretches and distorts. there has to be another method of evenly applying a texture but i cant figure it out. here is a pic of what i mean
can you please explain this more because when i use this noise feature and import a texture, using the import alpha button, it turns grayscale. i want to tile the color on the shirt , not a 3d alpha.
Your model will have to have UVs assigned to apply a texture to it. http://docs.pixologic.com/user-guide/zbrush-plugins/uv-master/
ok thank you i’ll try it
Im sorry maybe im missing something obvious but I did both thing the links you gave mevsaid to do and i still get a black and white alpha in noisemaker that just affects the 3d aspect of the shirt
