I do not know if there has been an issue like this before, but I am unable to access the pixologic website no matter what I do. my internet works fine, I can go to yahoo, facebook, google, youtube, etc. It’s literally only pixologic that i cannot access. please help.
The Pixologic server is under heavy load right now due to high demand for the just released R7 update. Expect issues for some time.
Oh, ok then that makes a lot of sense now. Thank you so much, however I am unable to upgrade my current version of Zbrush 4R6 to 4R7 due to this website issue.
Many other people are having the same problem. The only answer is patience.
I know it’s disappointing, but I’d personally recommend trying again tomorrow.

Thanks for the post I was starting to wonder if the site had gone under 8hr later and still no access. Will try in a day or 2.
