Love everything you make.
Beautiful illustration and lot of work I guess.
Bas, wheels, motion blur like, how?
Thanks for your reply. I placed some screenshots of the raw ZB-render.
The motionblur was made in Photoshop. I used the depthgrab and mask using the filter.
…life !
lol great work i cant imagine the guy walking the dog
love your work Bassmall_orange_diamond
!!!
Not sure if you were going for it, but def has a Rockwell feel. Great job either way.
Thanks for looking
Truubluu, I’m not going for it, but thanks for the compliment anyway
Hiiihaaa, hair :-)))
Works fine!

Add a second short hair layer on the face. (the smoothing brush works like cut or even better - low strength is needed)
Bas, this tool has more uses than I thought. I can export as mesh and use blender instancer (particles)
hi bas, you made it, first post with hair i guess looks great on this dynamic dog !! i am looking forward to play with it after work. can’t wait…
Yes the first Lots of things we can do with it and it works soo easy! I love it!:)
Nice job Bas! One thing I’ve been meaning to ask, how’s the render time after adding hair in ZB? Does it increase dramatically?
Wow Bas … that dog sure looks happy now that he has hair! I have yet to download the upgrade, will get to it later… Cheers,David
Foxhound, the render is fast as always. The hair on the dog was made in 7 minutes and the render, no special settings, 1 minute.
Ofcourse you get more polygons.
Leading the pack…
Looking Great Bas small_orange_diamond:)

Remember that it’s better to use the GroomBrushes to style the hair. First I was using the smooth brush too but that changes the tip of the fibers, the mesh really.
- GroomLengthen is a nice brush one to extent the fibers (feels like the Move brush).
- Shorter hairs can also be achieved by blurring the mask and get the balance right between “ByMask” (higher number will attract to where mask is 100%, low number grows fibers even where the mask is hardly visible)
- The amount, thickness etc is between MaxFibers and Coverage. Length is clear.
Still having more FiberMeshes is not really a problem.
