Pinching poles....

I’m having a hard time smoothing out 3 and 5 sided poles (that controls edge flow) in my geometry which pinches the geo. I really try to hide my poles to avoid this problem. Smooth brush just makes things worse. Anyone have suggestions to fix this?

Doesn’t Flatten Brush work?
In my case it sometimes works well.
I think it’s worthy to try.
