How to use photo reference in zbrush 3.5r?
This is my problem. In 3.1 ok in 3.5 where is it?
The only way I’ve figured out is importing your photo as a texture, then in the texture palette, click “Fill Layer” or “Crop and Fill”. “Fill Layer” will simply fill the background at the resolution of your document, while “Crop and Fill” will resize your document to the resolution of your photo. The only problem with this is your model will sometimes collide with the photo (since the photo is really just a plane). To fix this, use the “Offset” deformation.
There is also the use of the image plane tool, but I’m not very experienced with that so maybe someone else can offer you advice… there is also a tutorial of how to use it… I’ll post the link if I come across it
