I really like the concept. I think it has a lot of potential.

I think the 3D model could have thinner legs and sharper angles overall (like the concept art). The original idea has a nice contrast of shapes, whereas the 3D version is kind of loosing this and looks a bit “bulbous” at the moment.

Keep it up! I am looking forward to more updates, this could turn out great.

Thanks for your suggestions.
This is the first edition. Some of my friends are the same with your suggestions.
I will change the shape of legs.By the way,all of the enermys are plants in this work. Its prototype indeed is bulbous.

Yeah man this is looking good, keep hacking away at it. How long have you been using ZBrush?

yep, the modeling is cool, really cool. i agree other guy’s suggestion. the leg is much stronger, i mean you can do them thinner. i cannot catch the body clearly, both body and legs are the same size i think, that’s not right.

the concept looks cool. Nice 2d painting! Did you start your ZBrush model with ZSpheres? I find it best to move from one subdivision to another gradually, as it allows you to define the edgeflow ( edge loop tool ) and define the form better.
It is easier to edit a low poly model using the move brush. Presently your model has too much detail and the form is getting a little lost in there. The legs seem thicker than the concept. It might be a good idea to introduce surfaces that are plain and devoid of too much noise to accentuate the detailed sections. Just my two cents

Yeah I would kinda recommend going back down to your lower subdivision levels too. You have a really good idea of what you want to make (from your concept) so now you just have to get your sculpt looking like what you have in your head.

thanks for the suggestions:) ,I went back down to the lower subdivision levels and stretch the legs then make them look thinner.i change the proportion because the battle scenes is in a cliff, this guy must have strong legs that it can grip the cliff.
i have to explain all the enermys of monster are based of plants.for this guy,you can think it as a bulbous.plants go through the rock and make themselves like muscles so that the plants can control the rock and the hard rock can protect the main body.
